All products are made-to-order, hand-painted artworks based on the photographs you submit.

Colors and finishes may vary slightly from what you see on screen due to device display differences.

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Orders are confirmed only after we receive and process your payment.

Please review your order carefully before submission. Once accepted, we may not be able to cancel or modify your order.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.

4. Pricing & Payment
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

The price displayed at checkout (including any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees) is the final price for your order.

You represent that you have the legal right to use the payment method you provide.

By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount.

5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of Loss: Once we hand over your order to the carrier, the risk of loss and title passes to you.
