Order Processing Time

Custom oil paintings typically require 5-10 business days for creation and drying after you approve the final design.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday), excluding weekends and public holidays.

We will send you photos of the finished artwork for your confirmation before we package and ship it.
Shipping Costs

We currently offer free shipping. All shipping costs will be clearly displayed at checkout.

All paintings are professionally packaged with bubble wrap, reinforced cartons, and shock-absorbing materials to ensure safety during transit.

Each painting is insured during shipping. If damaged in transit, we will repaint it for you free of charge or issue a full refund (see our Return Policy).

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
